Dhwani AI

How it works

From first call to live agent in five working days

No platform to learn, no dashboard to configure. We do the work and hand you something that already answers your phone correctly.

1

Discovery - day one

A recorded 45-minute call. We ask for your exact price list, your timings and holidays, the twenty questions customers actually ask, and who should take over when a call gets sensitive. We also ask to speak to whoever answers your phone today they know the real questions better than anyone.

If you have recordings of past calls, send them. Nothing gets us to a good agent faster.

2

Phone setup - day two

We set up your telecom account, provision your number, and complete DLT registration in your business name. This is the part most businesses cannot do alone, and it is included. Telecom KYC takes three to seven days, so we start it immediately.

3

We build your agent - days two to four

We write the conversation, load your information, set the booking rules, choose the voice, and connect it to your calendar, CRM or WhatsApp. You do not touch any of this.

4

Testing - day four

Twenty test calls from a real mobile, not a browser. Happy path, price questions, an annoyed caller, silence, background noise, a sentence that switches Gujarati to English halfway, and someone demanding a human. We fix what breaks before you hear it.

5

Sign-off and go live - day five

We play you three recordings and walk you through the dashboard. Once you approve, Dhwani AI starts answering. Your old line stays active in parallel for 48 hours.

6

Week one - the important week

We listen to every real call for the first seven days and patch the agent same-day. Expect fifteen to twenty small corrections in week one that is normal, and it is why we do it rather than leaving you to. After that, a monthly review call.

What we need from you

Four things, and about two hours of your time

Your price list

Exact, current, and signed off. This is the one thing Dhwani AI must never get wrong

Timings & holidays

Including festival closures, exam weeks and seasonal changes.

An escalation number

Where sensitive calls go, and who actually answers it.

Business documents

For telecom KYC and DLT registration. We tell you exactly which ones.

Under the hood

For the technically curious

Layer What we use
Speech recognition Indian-language models trained on Indian accents and code-mixed speech, not generic international ASR
Voice Native Indian-language voices with correct handling of names, PIN codes, rupee amounts and phone numbers
Reasoning A tuned language model constrained to your approved information it cannot answer outside it
Telephony Your own carrier account, in your business name, with DLT registration
Data Recordings and transcripts stored in Indian data centres, in line with the DPDP Act

Your telecom account stays in your name. If you ever leave, your number and your call history stay with you.
