Pricing questions
Is there a contract?
No annual lock-in. Monthly, with thirty days’ notice to cancel. Pay for twelve months upfront and one month is free.
What counts as a minute?
Answered call time, rounded up to the next full minute, across phone and WhatsApp calling. Unanswered and ringing time is not charged. Your monthly usage is visible in the dashboard at all times.
Why is there a setup fee?
Because setup is real work, not a switch. Discovery, writing your knowledge base, telecom KYC, DLT registration, twenty test calls, and calendar and CRM connections. It takes us about fifteen hours and it is the reason the agent works properly on day one.
What if we go over 600 minutes every month?
Then we should move you to a larger plan rather than leave you on overage it will cost you less. We flag this ourselves at the monthly review.
Can I hear it before I pay?
Yes. Book a demo and we will build a sample agent using your own price list, then walk you through it live you hear it handle a real enquiry from your industry before committing. We do not offer a self-serve trial, because an untrained agent would represent your business badly.
