Why we built this
We build websites and apps for businesses across Gujarat. Over the years the same thing kept coming up in client meetings: they were spending on ads and SEO to make the phone ring, and then nobody was picking it up. Not through negligence because the owner was in a meeting, the counsellor was teaching, the dentist was with a patient.
Every one of those missed calls was a customer who had already decided to be interested. That is the most expensive kind of lead to lose.
Dhwani AI exists to close that gap. Not to replace your team, and not to sell you a platform to learn. To pick up the calls your team cannot.
What makes it different
It is built for how India actually speaks
Most AI phone systems are built for American English and adapted afterwards. They stumble on Indian names, read phone numbers wrong, and fall apart when someone switches from Gujarati to English halfway through a sentence which is how most people in Ahmedabad actually talk. We use Indian-language speech models from the ground up.
We do the work, not you
You will not be handed a login and a documentation page. We run the discovery, write the conversation, handle the telecom paperwork, test it twenty times, and review every call in your first week. You approve recordings; we do the rest.
We say no to things
We will not configure Dhwani AI to cold-call purchased lists. It is not legal at scale in India and it would put your business at risk, not just ours. If that is what you need, we are the wrong provider and we will tell you in the first call rather than the third month.
You own your telecom account
Your phone number and call history sit in an account in your business name. If you leave us, you keep them. We think that is the right way round, even though it makes our sales process slightly harder.
Who we are
Dhwani AI is built and run by AppexWeb, a web and application development agency based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. We have spent years building websites, WordPress systems, mobile apps and business automation for clients across India and the United States including healthcare platforms, education portals, and membership systems for business networks.
That background matters here. An AI receptionist is only useful if it connects properly to the calendar, the CRM and the WhatsApp account a business already uses. Integration work is what we have always done.
Where we work
We are based in Gandhinagar and most of our clients are in Ahmedabad and across Gujarat. Being local is part of the product we can sit in your office, listen to your calls with you, and understand what your customers are actually asking for.
